Cybrscape / Privacy
Privacy
Short, because there is very little to describe. This site asks you for nothing, and the only record of your visit is the web server’s own log.
This website is part of the NetGodz game and Cybrscape is not a real company — nothing on it is real, nothing is for sale, and no goods will ship.
That matters here for one specific reason: there is no company to hold your data, because there is no company. The “service desk”, the “docket system” and the customer records described elsewhere on this site are fiction. No such records exist and none are kept about you.
1. What this site collects from you
Nothing that you type, because there is nowhere to type. There is no contact form, no order form, no newsletter signup, no account, no login, and no comment box anywhere on this site. We do not ask for your name, your email address, your location, or any other personal detail, and there is no code on any page that could send one if you offered it.
2. Cookies, storage and tracking
- No cookies. This site sets none. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no tag manager, no pixel, no third-party measurement of any kind.
- No advertising or ad networks, and nothing is sold, shared or brokered to anyone.
- No browser storage. The pages do not write to localStorage, sessionStorage or IndexedDB.
- No third-party assets. Every page is self-contained: the fonts are the ones already on your device, and the illustrations are inline SVG. Your browser is not asked to fetch anything from another domain, so no other party learns that you were here.
3. What the server records
Like essentially every web server, the one hosting this site writes an access log. For each request it records the requesting IP address, the date and time, the path requested, the HTTP status, the number of bytes sent, and the browser’s user-agent and referrer strings. This happens at the web-server layer, not from anything in the page.
Those logs are used for two things only: keeping the site up, and spotting abuse. They are not linked to any identity, not combined with anything else, not used to build a profile, and not shared with anyone. They rotate and are deleted on the server’s ordinary schedule.
Your network provider, and any network between you and the site, can see that you connected to this domain. That is a property of the internet rather than of this site, and the connection is encrypted with HTTPS so that the content of the pages you read is not visible in transit.
4. Children
Nothing on this site is directed at children, and since it collects no information from anyone, it collects none from them either.
5. Your rights over your data
There is no personal data held about you to access, correct, export or delete, which is the shortest possible answer to a data-subject request and the reason the site was built this way. If you believe a server log entry should be removed, ask via the NetGodz front door below and it can be purged from the current log.
6. Links away from here
Where this site links to another site — including the other properties in the game — that site has its own privacy practices and this page does not cover them.
7. Changes, and how to reach a real person
If this page changes, the new version replaces it at this address. There is no mailing list to notify, by design.
The in-world contact details on this site are fictional and reach nobody. For anything genuine — a privacy question, a log removal request, or a takedown — use the contact route on the game’s front door at netgodz.com. See also the terms page, which explains what this site is.
Static site, pre-rendered, served over HTTPS. No server-side code, no database, no forms, no third-party requests.
